Diane Keaton
Diane Keaton was born in 1946 and is an American actress and producer. Keaton is famous for its unique retro menswear style, which has also triggered some imitations. The screen image of her with suit, jacket and tie is still a fashion classic. Keaton’s first breakthrough role in her career was to play Michael’s wife Kay Adams in the well-known movie series Godfather. But in such a film series dominated by male characters, Keaton’s role is not of much importance.
What really made her successful was the collaboration with Woody Allen. Keaton worked with Allen many times in the 1970s, such as the movies Sleeper, Love and Death, Interiors, Manhattan, Manhattan Murder Mystery and Annie Hall. Among them, Annie Hall won the Academy Award for Best Actress for Keaton. In recent years, Keaton has appeared in movies or TV series from time to time. In 2018, Book Club earned $91 million in box office sales worldwide.
