BO DEREK
Bo Derek rose to fame in her comedy movie 10 (1979). From here, her popularity continued to shine, as she appeared in different films from Ape Man to Ghosts Can’t Do It . The MGM movie Ape Man did not receive praise from critics, but it achieved a huge commercial success at the box office, exceeding $35 million that year. Her own husband directed some of her movies. They co-produced the film Fantasies, which is a low-cost romantic film that was filmed in Greece, but it was not released until 1981.
The star is now in semi-retirement, but she still occasionally guest stars in film, television, and documentary. This will ensure Derek still has something to pay for her mortgages. Sadly, in 1998, her husband, Derek, died from heart failure. Although she didn’t tie the knot to anyone anymore, she has been reportedly in a relationship with John Corbet.
