JENNIFER CONNELLY

Jennifer Connelly started as a child model. She first appeared in different magazines, newspapers, and television commercials before she made it on the big screen. Her first movie was Once Upon a Time in America in 1984. At the time, she was only 14 years old. Her career continued to blossom, appearing in several films like Phenomena (1985), Labyrinth (1986), Career Opportunities (1991), and The Rocketeer (1991). However, she only received critical acclaim when she did Dark City (1998) and Requiem for a Dream (2000).

In 2001, Connelly starred in the film A Beautiful Mind and won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress and the Golden Globe. Later, she consolidated her position with Hulk, Blood Diamond, He’s Just Not That into You, etc. In 2019, Connelly starred in the film Alita: Battle Angel. Today, Connelly is happily married to Paul Bettany, who moved to Brooklyn Heights, probably with the help of a moving company, after they lived together.
