MELISSA SUE ANDERSON
Melissa Sue Anderson started her career as a child actress. She first appeared in different commercials in Los Angeles until she had a role in the NBC drama series Little House on the Prairie (1974-1981), which made Anderson received a nomination of The Emmy Award. From the 70s, her fame continued until the 80s, appearing in films like Midnight Offerings (1981), Happy Birthday to Me (1981), and ABC Afterschool Special, Which Mother Is Mine? The last one won her the Emmy Award in 1979.
Aside from being an actress, Anderson also made her talent in writing an investment to publish an autobiographical of her time on the classic NBC series. She titled the book The Way I See It: A Look Back at My Life on Little House, and it was out in 2010 years, more than 30 years after she played the role. This book also introduces Anderson’s career before and after shooting little house.
