BARBARA FELDON
Barbara Feldon was famous for her role in Get Smart in 1965. In this film, she played a smart female Agent 99. This role had a break-through significance at the time. Cause Feldon had filmed a deodorant advertisement which conflicted with the sponsor of Get Smart, she almost lost the role. In 1967 she starred in the TV series Fitzwilly and in 1975 she performed in Smile. In 2006, she made her last appearance in the movie Last Request.
Aside from being an actress, she is also a model. After working as a model, her biggest break came when her hair pomade commercial for Top Brass became too popular and even often parodied. For the gig, she donned an animal-print rug, purred at the camera, and called male viewers as “tigers”. Modeling is not Barbara Feldon’s only second job, Feldon also trains for TV shows and commercials, hosts and writes. In 2003, Feldon wrote a book called Living Alone and Loving It.
