CHERYL LADD
Cheryl Ladd is a fan-favorite during the late 1970s. She replaced Farrah Fawcett in ABC’s Charlie’s Angeles for its second season in 1977 that lasted until its cancellation in 1981. Ladd first came to Hollywood to pursue her musical dream. After the “Angel” she starred in Charlie’s Angeles gained a high popularity, Ladd took this opportunity to develop her own music career, releasing three records, and one single entered on the top 40 of Billboard Hot.
Aside from the TV series, she is also known for the movies Hearts, Millennium, Poison Ivy, Permanent Midnight, and her most recent one, Unforgettable in 2017. Before she became a part of Charlie’s Angels, Ladd tied the knot with the fellow actor David Ladd in 1973. They were blessed with a daughter after two years of being together. But, they also ended up hiring their divorce lawyers in 1980. She kept using David’s surname, even though she got married to music producer Brian Russell in 1981.
