TAYLOR SWIFT – $17 MILLION, RHODE ISLAND

Look at what she has— the wildest dream for most of us. Taylor Swift bought a house in Rhode Island for $17.75 million, which was paid in full. Knowing how popular the country singer is, the purchase has become general knowledge for millions of people around the world. From her hits like Love Story, You Belong With Me, and Blank Space, to name a few, she never failed to amaze us. Therefore, it does not come as a surprise how she could afford such a pricey piece of land, given her multi-million record sales over the past decade.

In 2013, aside from prepping for her then-upcoming album, 1989, which is her birth year, she was also busy looking for a place to add to her real estate collection. She found this gorgeous home that has eight bedrooms and an unbelievable number of fireplaces. The 11,000-square foot house sits on the beachfront, overlooking the Watch Hill Lighthouse and the Little Narragansett Bay. In 2020, Swift made a song about this investment of hers titled, The Last Great American Dynasty, off her chart-topping album folklore.
