JEFF FRANKLIN – $20.2 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS
Jeff Franklin is a famous Hollywood producer for creating the sitcoms Full House, Family Matters, and Hangin with Mr. Cooper. Jeff is reported to have sold his mansion above Sunset Strip for a whopping $20.2 million recently. Richard Landry was given credit for the design of the modern estate and was completed in 2014.
The house sits on nearly half an acre and hosts five bedrooms, a spa, an infinity pool, and a circular motor court. The feel of the architecture is visually dramatic with paneled walls, vaulted ceilings, and modern fixtures. It has a spiraling staircase that is intertwined in all house levels, which includes an underground garage that was designed to serve as a nightclub as well. Jeff is reported to have bought this luxurious house in 1988 for only $1.9 million.
