Snoop Dogg remains to be one of the most significant parts of the rap music scene. Ever since he started in the 1990s, he remains active until today. Dogg started rap in sixth grade. He was a bodgie in high school. After Dogg’s graduation, he was sentenced to three years in jail for legal issues. Credits to Dr. Dre, he was the one who discovered the famed rapper and featured him on his solo album, Deep Cover. Since then, Dogg made history, selling over 23 million records in the US alone and a total of 35 million worldwide.

Dogg is known as the godfather of West Coast hip-hop due to his outstanding achievements in the field of rap. Until now, he still has tour schedules for his latest album, I Wanna Thank You, and a documentary with the same name. In addition to rap career, Dogg also appeared in some films and television works such as The Wash, Bones, etc. He also established his own film and television company.
