Most people who grew up in the ‘90s surely know who Adam Sandler is. He has endeared the world with his comedic genius in movies such as The Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, 50 First Dates, The Wedding Singer, The Longest Yard, and Grown-Ups, among others. Over the years, Sandler has also proven himself to be more than just a comedian through some of his serious films, including Uncut Gems, Reign Over Me, and Spanglish. Throughout his career, his works have grossed a whopping $2 billion at the box office.

Sandler made his start in the famous comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live, where he performed as a cast member but was also hired to be a writer. It wasn’t until the latter part of the 1990s that Sandler would make a career breakthrough in films. With his financial earnings from his commercially successful comedy flicks, Sandler put his investment money on his own production company, Happy Madison Productions.
