Matthew Broderick is a successful American actor and singer. The children of the 1990s might recognize his voice as Simba from the movie The Lion King. It also has 50-inch long bookcases with a built-in entertainment system to keep them busy on those lazy weekends. Recently the said property was sold for $15 million. Not a bad investment considering how much they bought it for.
