A lot of us have probably forgotten who Richard Chamberlain is, but what if we ask our grandparents who he is? They’d probably say a blue-eyed heartthrob who captured the hearts of many during the 1960s. Richard, to his credit, was once a prominent figure in TV for his leading role in the medical drama Dr. Kildare which aired from 1961 to 1966. He is also known for the TV mini-series Shogun and the TV film The Bourne Identity (1988).

In 2010, we would bear witness to the fruits of Richard’s success as he boasts a Maui estate worth $19 million. With more than 6000 square feet of property, it is a luxurious escape to a Hawaiian beachfront home. The house includes six bedrooms including two master suites, a media room, library, and a chef’s kitchen. Who wouldn’t want to retire in luxury in an estate such as this? Now 86 years of age, we can only imagine Richard reminiscing his illustrious career in fashion and enjoying days of relaxation in his estate.
