CONAN O’BRIEN – $20 MILLION, PACIFIC PALISADES

Conan O’Brien is a famous comedian, talk show host, writer, producer, and podcaster. He is known worldwide for hosting talk shows like The Tonight Show, Late Night, and Conan. He was a Harvard graduate with a degree in History and Literature. When it comes to talk show hosting, Conan is considered one of the greats, alongside Jay Leno and David Letterman. In recent times, his production team, Team Coco, has evolved with the times, given their growing internet presence.

One notable project out of this is his podcast Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend, which has considerably grown for the past couple of years since it began in 2018.  Given his career’s success, it doesn’t take much investment planning to afford a $20-million house—and that, he did. It was reported that Conan bought the house from Ted Glazer, who’s a member of a family who owns Manchester United and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
