Courteney Cox
Who would ever forget the iconic Monica Geller of the hit television show Friends? We have to give credit to actress Courteney Cox for portraying the character that made us laugh so hard. She originally intended to audition for the part of Rachel but was cast as Monica instead. This role became her most famous ever. However, this does not mean that she did not enjoy a successful film and television career outside of the TV show.
Cox received further recognition for starring as the reporter Gale Weathers in the horror film series Scream and is set to reprise her role in the 2022 reboot. She also launched her own production company, Coquette Productions, along with her then-husband, David Arquette. As a woman of many talents, she branched out as a director and worked on the sitcom Cougar Town as well as the films Just Before I Go and TalhotBlond.
