TOM CRUISE – $39.5 MILLION, COLORADO

There’s no denying that Tom Cruise is one of the most popular actors in Hollywood. Like, it is a shame if you do not know him. The 58-year-old action star’s first big break was in the 1983 film Risky Business. Later, he starred in Top Gun that had a worldwide gross of $356 million.

During his marriage with Nicole Kidman, Cruise constructed a 10,000 square feet mansion in Telluride, Colorado. The floor plan consists of seven beds, nine baths, and, of course, a helipad. The house also comes with a gym, spa, sport court, and an office. The pictures from Yahoo! News exposed a living room made up of wooden beams, flooring, and ceilings, wide glass windows that would let the sunlight in, and a large fireplace. In 2014, there was news that he listed the house for a hefty amount of $59 million, but the current listing agents denied the allegations. However, on March 16, 2021, he publicly listed the custom-built house with an asking price of $39.5 million.
