Katherine Heigl is a widely known actress in the U.S. She played the role of Dr. Izzie Stevens in the long-running medical-drama, Grey’s Anatomy. She appeared on the show from 2005 to 2010, and her stint garnered her an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress. However, Heigl is making a comeback in 2021 with her highly-anticipated Netflix series, Firefly Lane.

The 42-year-old star lives in Utah with her kids and husband, Josh Kelley. Their house sits on N. Maple Ridge Trail in Oakley, with four bedrooms and five separate bathrooms. The exterior is covered with bricks and impeccable roofing, while the inside has high ceilings, balconies with jaw-dropping views, and peculiar but unique stained-glass windows. Heigl and her family spent most of the pandemic days here but reportedly left sometime in August or September last year. Currently, mom Nancy, who is also her manager, listed the estate for $4 million.
