Kaley Cuoco began her career in the entertainment industry from scratch. After appearing in a few projects and only getting minor roles, Kaley eventually found her big break when she starred in 8 Simple Rules, followed by a voice-acting gig on Brandy & Mr. Whiskers. Nowadays, though, fans of the actress often recognize her the most for her acting credit as Penny in the now-world-famous show, The Big Bang Theory.

During its first season, Kaley only earned $45,000 per episode. An impressive paycheck, for sure, but as the show kept going, the actress’ earnings only went higher and higher. By the time the show was already at its last two seasons, Kaley and her co-stars were earning an impressive salary of $1 million per episode. That’s on top of the fact that she’s still making a few million from its reruns.
