After 19 years of playing in the NBA, basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal reportedly earned a massive amount of wealth, which is estimated to be over $300 million. He started his career in 1992 with a $3 million salary. As years went by, he slowly worked his way to making $20 million per year. He became a key figure in the NBA during the peak of his career. After playing for six teams, he was able to get three finals MVP. O’Neal was inducted into the NBA’s Hall of Fame in 2016.
Even though he’s retired now, O’Neal still has a long way to go when it comes to adding more to his accumulated wealth.
