Lucille Ball is a comedian and producer. Her comedy series Lucy, which aired in the middle of the last century, is one of the most successful comedies in American history. Lucille Ball’s acting career started as a model, and soon after she began to perform on Broadway. She began to collaborate with Arnaz in the 1950s in the sitcom I Love Lucy, which was her first fame. After that, Lucille Ball appeared in several movies but they were not popular.

Until the 1960s, she started to run her own studio independently, and subsequently produced many hot TV series, Mission Impossible, Star Trek and other familiar classic series are all produced by her studio. Ball has received an astonishing 13 Primetime Emmy nominations during her career, four of which were in her pocket. There is no doubt that Ball’s contribution to the film and television industry is outstanding, for which she was honored two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
