WENDY WILLIAMS
Wendy Williams is a writer, producer, businesswoman, and host of The Wendy Williams Show. She was famous for her no-nonsense attitude and brash personality and was controversial for Homophobic and inappropriate remarks. Williams began her career as a DJ in radio station. Later, she worked at WBLS as a music host, where she was well appreciated by listeners. In 2008, Williams made her debut on her talk Show, The Wendy Williams Show and got great acclaim.
In 2009, Wendy Williams was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame. She is also an author and novelist. Her best-selling books include “The Experience of Wendy Williams”, “Ask Wendy” and “Ritz Harper Goes to Hollywood”. She contributes celebrity columns to entertainment magazines every week. On her 50th birthday, the Asbury Park City Council in New Jersey changed the name of the street where she grew up to Wendy Williams Way.
