DENNIS FRANZ
Dennis Franz became a household name during the 90s when he accepted the role of Andy Sipowicz in the hit drama NYPD Blue. This role helped him get a couple of awards and nominations such as Primetime Emmy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild Awards and one from Golden Globe. That goes to show how effective Franz’s acting was! Franz started his acting career in 1972, when he joined the Organic Theatre Company. His first appearance on screen was in the movie The Last Affair.
Franz’s other famous works include Hill Street Blues, Dressed to Kill and Die Hard 2. Soon after the show went off the air, he decided to hang his gloves and went on for his retirement. He finally had all the time in the world for his family and loved ones. Reports suggest that every summer, Franz and his family retreat in their real estate investment, a precious lake house in Idaho.
